Privacy Policy
Prepared September 21, 2026Contents
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Real Estate Edge Collective processes information relating to our membership services, which include expert webinars, masterclasses, a monthly mastermind group, a private agent community, marketing systems, and AI-assisted real estate tools. This document explains the types of information processed through our systems and the current technical realities of how our platform operates.
We use account and workspace information to provide requested features, save your work, manage membership access, and respond to support requests. Usage records help us monitor use of AI and property-data services and administer member accounts.
2. Information Collection and Account Management
Member identity and sign-in capabilities are managed through an authentication provider. Account information includes member names, email addresses, account identifiers, and access statuses. A payment processor handles checkout, payment, and subscription information. Related records are synchronized to activate and maintain membership access. Payment details are entered through the processor identified during checkout.
3. Workspace and Client Data
Our servers store information related to client workspaces. This includes client information, supplied materials, generated outputs, property addresses and details, tasks, notes, due dates, completion statuses, scorecard ratings, results, histories, timestamps, and usage counts for AI and property lookups.
Members must only upload or process client and property data that they are legally authorized to share. You must avoid submitting Social Security Numbers, banking details, passwords, or other confidential sensitive data into the platform.
Additionally, shareable workspace codes exist within the platform. Any person who possesses a sharing code may access and change the associated workspace. Workspaces should not be considered strictly private if sharing codes have been generated and distributed.
4. Third-Party Services and AI Processing
We use service providers for functions such as hosting and data storage, authentication, payment processing, AI generation, property-data retrieval, and website resources. Examples may include Replit, Clerk, Stripe, Anthropic, RentCast, Google Fonts, or other providers. This list is illustrative and does not mean that every named provider is used or receives information in every interaction. The providers involved depend on the features and configuration in use.
When you request AI generation, your prompts and the context supplied for that request are transmitted to the AI processing services used for that feature. This may include client or property information you provide for the requested output. Saving a property note and submitting information for AI generation are separate actions; what is transmitted depends on the feature and request.
Property lookup addresses are transmitted to the property-data provider used for the lookup. When you submit a public URL for the website-brand lookup feature, our systems fetch data from that URL to assist in content generation. Hosting and database providers process information needed to run the platform and store your work. Where external fonts or other website resources are loaded, your browser contacts the relevant provider, which may receive your IP address and technical request information.
Providers may be added, replaced, or discontinued over time. Changes remain subject to applicable law, provider agreements, and any required notice or consent. The final policy and related disclosures must accurately describe actual data practices and identify recipients where legally required; an illustrative provider list does not replace those obligations.
5. Cookies and Technical Operations
Authentication uses browser and session technologies, including cookies, to support sign-in. Your browser settings may affect your ability to sign in and use the platform. Hosting and service providers may also process technical connection information when your browser contacts them. The complete cookie, analytics, and tracking inventory requires confirmation before this draft is finalized; this draft does not make a determination about legally defined data sales or sharing.
6. Data Retention and Security
Proposed policy—subject to confirmation: Information would be retained for the time needed to provide services, administer accounts, and meet applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures must be confirmed before adoption. Deleting tasks or properties within the interface may not immediately remove backups or records held by third-party providers.
No method of internet transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials and workspace sharing codes secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Security practices and provider safeguards should be reviewed before this policy is finalized.
7. Contact Information
If you have questions or wish to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us at +1 (843) 998-1174. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and identity verification may be needed. The Engine allows task and property deletion; it does not currently provide a self-service account-deletion or full-data-export tool. Request-handling procedures and applicable response deadlines require confirmation before this draft is adopted.
