Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the Real Estate Edge Collective website, membership community, educational resources, and Engine tools. During enrollment, you must affirmatively agree before continuing to payment. Your acceptance is recorded with the agreement version and date and time. This version applies to members who accept it; merely viewing this page does not record acceptance.

1. Eligibility and Account Security

By accessing Real Estate Edge Collective, you represent that you have the authority and eligibility to use this professional service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account or security breaches.

2. Permitted Use and Community Expectations

The platform is provided for your professional use as a real estate agent. You agree not to abuse the service or use it for unlawful purposes. As a member of our community, including the private agent community, webinars, and masterminds, you are expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, abusive behavior, and unauthorized sharing of platform materials or other members' confidential information are strictly prohibited.

3. Content Rights and Permissions

You retain your rights in the content, client information, and property details you supply. You permit Real Estate Edge Collective and the service providers needed for your request to process that content to operate the requested features and generate outputs. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the material. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Real Estate Edge Collective. Review applicable provider terms before submitting confidential information.

4. AI Outputs and Professional Responsibility

Our platform includes AI-assisted content generation, follow-up tools, and market analysis. You acknowledge that AI outputs must be independently checked for factual accuracy, legal compliance, fair-housing obligations, licensing rules, advertising regulations, and third-party intellectual property rights.

Real Estate Edge Collective makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, results, or income derived from using the platform or its tools.

No guarantee of time savings. Real Estate Edge Collective does not guarantee that any participant or agent will save time, improve productivity, reduce costs, or achieve any particular business result. Any time-savings examples or estimates are illustrative only.

5. Billing and Membership

I understand that I am signing up for a monthly membership with a 6-day free trial. Unless I cancel before the trial ends, I authorize my selected payment method to be charged $99 per month beginning when the trial ends, as shown at checkout, and monthly thereafter until I cancel. I may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first membership charge, or later to stop future renewals, by contacting Real Estate Edge Collective at +1 (843) 998-1174, subject to applicable law.

The 6-day free trial begins when enrollment is completed. Monthly billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. After the first $99 membership charge, the membership automatically renews each month at $99 until you cancel. Billing and payments are handled through the payment processor identified during checkout.

Review the price, recurring billing, and other purchase disclosures shown at checkout before paying. Refunds, cancellation rights, and other billing rights remain subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at checkout; these terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy or waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Third-Party Services

Real Estate Edge Collective may use, integrate with, or provide links to third-party services for functions such as hosting, account authentication, payment processing, AI generation, and property data. Examples may include Replit, Clerk, Stripe, Anthropic, RentCast, or other providers. These examples are illustrative, not an exhaustive list or a representation that every named provider is used, available, or involved in every feature or transaction.

The providers used may vary by feature and may be added, replaced, or discontinued over time, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent. Where applicable, your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policies. Naming a provider does not imply an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee of its continued availability. This provision does not waive Real Estate Edge Collective’s obligations under applicable privacy or consumer-protection law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

General availability of the platform is not guaranteed. The platform is provided as-is, and we assume no liability for temporary interruptions or downtime.

CMA notice. CMA reports, property-value estimates, and suggested pricing generated by the platform are informational tools only. They are not licensed or certified appraisals and must not be relied upon as an appraisal or as the sole basis for determining property value or a listing price. Agents must independently verify property information, comparable sales, market conditions, and all generated estimates before sharing or using them, and remain responsible for their professional judgment, property-value estimates, and listing-price recommendations.

Release of liability — Real Estate Edge Collective and its owners. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the participant releases Real Estate Edge Collective and its owners from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of or relating to use of or reliance on the membership, services, tools, or outputs, including failure to save time and inaccurate property-value estimates. This release does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. All disclaimers and releases apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

Changes will be identified by a new agreement version. Material changes require notice and any consent required by applicable law. A later website update does not change the preserved text associated with an earlier recorded acceptance or retroactively establish acceptance of a different version.
